Role Overview:

We are looking for a Python Developer to integrate our teams into a high-impact data-driven initiative, focused on expanding and enhancing a data analytics platform used for large-scale data exploitation. You will contribute to the development of robust, scalable solutions while ensuring alignment with architectural standards and supporting an Agile transformation environment.

What you will do:

• Contribute to the design, development, and optimisation of Python-based solutions aligned with architectural standards;
• Participate in software architecture and technical design in collaboration with cross-functional teams;
• Develop scalable data processing solutions, ensuring performance, quality, and reliability;
• Support Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with Product Owners and technical teams to deliver value;
• Promote best practices such as clean code, design patterns, DevOps integration, and documentation.

What you are like:

• Proficient in Python development and its ecosystem (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Jupyter, Anaconda);
• Experienced in building scalable and high-performance data processing solutions (e.g., Dask, Spark, parallelisation techniques);
• Skilled in software engineering best practices, including clean code, design patterns, testing, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Comfortable working with DevOps tools and environments (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory);
• Knowledgeable in data engineering concepts, databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), and cloud/object storage solutions;
• Collaborative and communicative, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions in an Agile environment;
• Fluent in English and French is considered a plus.
