Role Overview:

We are looking for a Workplace Engineer to integrate our teams and reinforce the Engineering and Project area of one of our clients. You will work on the evolution, governance and optimization of the digital workplace environment, managing Windows configurations, supporting advanced troubleshooting, and ensuring consistent, secure and efficient workstation experiences across the organization. 

What you will do:

• Manage centralized configurations, policies and Windows profiles;
• Monitor new technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in workplace configurations and features;
• Prepare and execute remote software deployment tasks across the workstation fleet;
• Perform micro‑software certification for the PC ecosystem;
• Provide 3rd‑line support for complex Windows configuration issues, coordinating with vendors/partners when necessary;
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of workplace engineering processes.

What you are like:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;

• Proficient in Windows 11, browser configuration (Edge/Chrome) and Office applications;
• Experienced in workstation management and configuration within Office 365 environments;
• Skilled in administering OUs and GPOs for users and computers;
• Proficient in Microsoft Intune for device and configuration management;
• Strong communicator with ease in teamwork and technical articulation;
• Responsible, resilient, proactive and curious, with strong initiative;
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and experienced in problem‑solving.
