Role Overview:

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to integrate our teams, focusing on strengthening cloud security posture through the analysis, optimisation, and enforcement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP). You will collaborate closely with security, DevOps, and development teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

What you will do:

• Analyse and refine existing IAM policies, enforcing the principle of least privilege across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments;
• Collaborate with security, software engineering, and DevOps teams to enhance overall cloud security posture;
• Work alongside development teams to validate IAM configurations through comprehensive functional and performance testing;
• Contribute to the implementation of secure SDLC practices, integrating security into CI/CD pipelines;
• Stay up to date with emerging security threats, compliance requirements, and industry best practices, proactively driving improvements.

What you are like:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the role;
• Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with strong expertise in IAM, cloud networking, and container security (Kubernetes);
• Experienced in DevSecOps practices, secure SDLC, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform;
• Skilled in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies;
• Knowledgeable in CI/CD security integration and modern application security approaches;
• Familiar with container technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes;
• Exposure to Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools such as Prisma Cloud or Wiz and application security tools (Snyk) is valued;
• Strong communicator, able to translate complex security risks into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical teams;
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented, with a strong problem-solving mindset;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
