Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack PHP Developer to integrate our teams into an innovative and fast-paced project. You will contribute to the design, development, and evolution of scalable solutions, working across both modern and legacy environments. This role requires a proactive, forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to influence technical decisions, support team growth, and contribute to innovation initiatives.

What you will do:

• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of full-stack solutions across modern and legacy systems;
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and technical teams to define solution architecture and contribute to the technical roadmap;
• Support and mentor team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement within the development teams;
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to efficient delivery cycles;
• Contribute to internal communities, innovation initiatives, and represent the organisation in technical events and conferences.

What you are like:

• Proficient in object-oriented programming and experienced in PHP (including modern versions such as PHP 8);
• Comfortable working with both PHP and Java within enterprise environments;
• Strong understanding of web architectures and services (REST, SOAP, HTTP, JSON) and microservices design principles;
• Knowledgeable in SOLID principles and software engineering best practices;
• Experienced with relational databases, particularly MSSQL, and familiar with CI/CD tools and version control systems;
• Comfortable working with cloud and containerised environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes);
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders;
• Fluent in English, with strong professional communication skills.
