Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst (French Speaker) to join our teams and support a large-scale international actuarial solutions ecosystem. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, contributing to backlog management, application support, maintenance activities, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Product Owners, end users, development teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure the stability, scalability, and evolution of critical business applications.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to manage, refine, and prioritise the application backlog;
• Gather, analyse, and clarify business requirements, translating them into user stories and actionable tasks for development teams;
• Provide functional and technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring service quality and compliance with agreed SLAs;
• Coordinate testing activities, define non-regression test scenarios, and validate application enhancements and maintenance releases;
• Monitor incidents, manage maintenance requests, and collaborate with technical, offshore, and operational teams to ensure successful issue resolution and continuous platform improvement;
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge-sharing initiatives, user communication, and the maintenance of operational reference materials;
• Promote adherence to engineering best practices, security standards, and agile delivery methodologies.

What you are like:

• Proficient in Business Analysis, application support, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement within Agile environments;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and VBA, with practical understanding of Python, cloud technologies, and testing methodologies;
• Experienced in incident management, maintenance processes, user support, and service management practices following ITIL principles;
• Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, ALM Octane, Citrix, and Linux environments;
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business, technical, and operational teams;
• Autonomous, adaptable, proactive, and customer-oriented, with a strong focus on service quality and continuous improvement;
• Fluent in French (C1 minimum, mandatory) and proficient in English (B2 minimum, mandatory).
