Job Description:

Mind Source is strengthening its Infrastructure Team by recruiting a System Administrator.

Profile:

- Administer, monitor, and maintain Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Manage and support virtualized environments based on CloudStack, VMware, Hyper-V, and/or Proxmox VE.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across systems, networks, and applications.
- Provide operational support for cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Conduct technical tests and assist in the validation and implementation of infrastructure solutions.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and reports.
- Work closely with technical teams to implement, improve, and optimize infrastructure solutions.

Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Systems Administration or a related IT role.
- Strong practical knowledge of Linux and Windows Server.
- Solid experience with virtualization technologies and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Previous experience with system monitoring and IT operations.
- Ability to analyze technical issues and support their resolution in enterprise environments.
- Good communication, teamwork, and technical documentation skills.
- Good level of English.
