Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our biggest clients, a renowned company in the insurance sector, recognized for its solidity and innovation. As a market leader, they are committed to offering quality solutions to our customers, driven by cutting-edge technology and high-performance teams.

What you will do:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimizations.
• Provide end-user support for business applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or clients.
• Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Assist with user training and documentation for systems or new processes.
• Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently.
• Document and escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed. 

What you are like:

• Professional experience in Business Analysis functions in IT projects;
• Experience with Agile methodologies;
• Knowledge of techniques for preparing User Stories will be valued;
• Ability to create close relationships with technology and business areas;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Fluency in English is required.
