Six-Factor is a Portuguese technology company specialising in Information Technology and Digital Transformation services, helping private and public organisations accelerate innovation through solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, IoT, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Business Intelligence and Big Data.
With more than 20 years of ICT experience and operations across Portugal, the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland, we also support international organisations in establishing technology hubs and nearshore R&D centres in Portugal.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Procurement Manager to join our headquarters in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology professionals.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to support business growth across Portugal and European markets.
Build and manage relationships with recruitment partners and external suppliers.
Support customer resource procurement requirements, working directly with leading multinational organisations.
Strengthen employer branding initiatives and contribute to the growth of our engineering teams.
Collaborate closely with senior management to support the company's strategic expansion.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources, preferably within the IT sector.
Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Strong sourcing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, organised and results-oriented mindset.
Good command of English.
