A well-known hotel group needs to reinforce the team that handles reservations for its hotels, where the main task is personalized service and the important thing is that travelers find what they want, without wasting time.

Bringing an effective and advantageous solution, within the group's options, that meets the customer's needs, and makes them choose this group and not another.

For this job, you need to have a native level of Italian and English (C1/C2) and availability from Monday to Sunday, 8 hours a day, between 7am and 7pm, with rotating shifts and two days off per week.
