We are looking for experienced a Technical Lead. You will act as the technical authority for a scrum team on the various products in the e-com space such as deal comparison apps, E-Commerce web apps, instore transactional apps and much more...

The Role:

? Leading a scrum team (5 - 7) across mobile and web app development

? Promote & Drive agile ways of working

? Take technical ownership over the project you are working on, ensuring your team?s project is delivered to good quality and on time.

? Collaborate with the Technical Architects and make decisions in how to evolve the product.

? Advocate best-breed practices including TDD, code reviews, CI & CD.

? Monitoring and managing code quality & technical debt

? Work closely with other Tech Leads on common solutions

? Raise impediments to project delivery and possible solutions

What we want from you:

? Strong current Web development skills

? Experience of leading scrum teams & sprint ceremonies

? Leading agile best practices (code reviews, unit tests, TDD ?)

? Understanding of DevOps and how it fits into a team

? Experienced in driving Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery

? Familiar with doing system architecture alongside Tech Architect

? Nice to have, experience in server-side programming (C# preferred)
