Role Overview:

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to integrate one of our Nearshore teams working remotely for international clients accross The Netherlands, Germany and other European countries.

You can choose whether you want to work remotely or from our offices in Lisbon or Porto.

What you will do:

• Design and implement SLI/SLO frameworks, error budgets, and reliability strategies;
• Manage incidents, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-mortems;
• Build and operate cloud-native environments using Azure, Kubernetes, and OpenShift;
• Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and Azure DevOps;
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability practices to improve system performance and availability.

What you are like:

• Proficient in Reliability & Operations practices such as SLO/SLI design and incident management;
• Experienced in Platforms & Systems including Azure, Linux, and container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift);
• Skilled in Delivery & Automation using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Knowledgeable in Security, Risk & Compliance principles such as identity & access and policy-as-code;
• Have good communication skills in English - as you will collaborate daily with international teams.
