The Italian language support team needs people with aptitude for customer service via email. Do you think it could be you?

Your role would be to support customers before, during and after the purchase, clarifying them with questions regarding payment and shipping transactions, improving the customer experience with each interaction.

To apply, you must ensure that you have a native level of Italian and English (C1/C2) and availability to work rotating shifts, from Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, between 7am and 10 pm, with two days off. weekly. Your workplace will be in the offices of this company, next to Arrábida Shopping, in Porto, Portugal.
