We are hiring a Senior ETL Developer to join a high-performing data engineering team, delivering robust data integration and warehousing solutions for a reference organisation in international banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using Informatica IDMC and PowerCenter
• Build and implement data integration and transformation solutions across on-premises and cloud platforms
• Work with SAP HANA for data modelling, development and database object optimisation
• Implement and support Data Warehousing and Data Vault architectures
• Perform data modelling using SAP PowerDesigner
• Develop and optimise advanced SQL queries for high performance and data accuracy
• Execute data quality checks, validation processes and troubleshooting activities
• Integrate ETL processes within CI/CD pipelines with proper version control and deployment practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Support production environments — monitoring and issue resolution

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 8+ years of experience as an ETL Developer or in a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC and Informatica PowerCenter
• Solid experience with SAP HANA, SAP PowerDesigner and data modelling
• Advanced SQL development and performance tuning
• Experience with Data Warehousing and Data Vault concepts
• CI/CD pipelines, version control and Azure DevOps
• Experience with cloud platforms — Azure and/or AWS
• Strong focus on data quality, validation and problem-solving

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking or financial services
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Test Automation using FitNesse Test Framework
• Familiarity with Airflow Job Scheduler
• Experience in release management and deployment
• Knowledge of data reporting and analytics
• Exposure to cloud migration and modern data platform projects
• Performance tuning of ETL workflows, SAP HANA objects and database queries
