About the Role:
We are looking for a Global Technology Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives across the Proman Group. Working with global stakeholders, you will lead projects that support digital transformation, operational excellence, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver global technology projects across applications, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and integration initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries and business units.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, Steering Committees, and executive status reviews.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement, communication, and alignment throughout project delivery.
- Manage relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
- Support contract management, Statements of Work (SOW), and supplier performance reviews.
- Drive business readiness, change management, and solution adoption activities.
- Monitor project outcomes and track expected business benefits and value realization.
- Promote continuous improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency across technology initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience managing technology projects in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven experience delivering projects involving enterprise applications, cloud solutions, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data platforms, or ERP systems.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Experience working with external vendors, implementation partners, and technology suppliers.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent is preferred.

Nice to Have:
- Experience delivering global transformation or standardization programmes.
- Exposure to multinational and geographically distributed organizations.
- Knowledge of change management and organizational adoption methodologies.
- Experience in energy, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or related sectors.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology landscapes, including ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, and data platforms.
