A multinational company is looking for a Expert in Customs and Export Control to reinforce it's team.
Client Details
A multinational company from the automotive sector in expansion located north from Porto.
Description
   » Assess and ensure the compliance of Export Control with legal requirements;
   » Definition and implementation of processes for import/ export management;
   » Implementation of internal control systems for import management;
   » Contact with customs authorities;
   » Provide reports to the management team;
   » Export customs operations in GTS: in case of an issue with an export customs declaration or in case of interface with state systems;
   » Analysis of trade compliance in GTS: analyse export control and customs issues - implementation of new software solutions;
   » Trade preference: origin management in GTS. Support the calculation of preferential origin products;
   » Ensure first level of support towards Customer Service;
   » Customer classification.

Profile
   » Degree or Master in Business studies, preferably with focus on customs and foreign trade;
   » Previous work experience in supply chain, customs, export control;
   » Experienced in SAP ERP and preferentially also on SAP GTS;
   » Good project management skills;
   » Good command of English language spoken and written and German;
   » Availability to travel occasionally.
