Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our teams and support a strategic transformation initiative focused on the evolution of data ecosystems and enterprise referential data management.

In this role, you will act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear, actionable requirements.

You will contribute to the modernization of data integration capabilities through technologies such as APIs and data virtualization, helping improve data quality, consistency, accessibility, and time-to-market across critical business processes.

What you will do:

• Gather, analyse, document, and prioritise business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement activities;
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution designs for Agile delivery teams;
• Analyse current business processes, identify inefficiencies and data quality issues, and propose improvements to optimise workflows and operational performance;
• Collaborate closely with business users, developers, and technical teams to validate solutions, support change adoption, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

What you are like:

• Experienced in Business Analysis within IT environments, managing the full lifecycle of requirements from elicitation to delivery;
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, MVP prioritisation, and stakeholder collaboration;
• Fluency in English.
