About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Porto who wants real ownership, variety and close collaboration across markets.

You will own lead generation and the digital customer journey across CodeOne and Lyngsoe, connecting the website, LinkedIn, SEO/CRO, paid media, email marketing and CRM to build demand and support sales.

As part of Lyngsoe’s three-person marketing team, you will report to the Head of Marketing in Denmark and work closely with sales in Portugal and Spain. The role combines performance marketing, visual content and product marketing for CodeOne’s solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns for CodeOne and Lyngsoe.
• Optimize websites, landing pages and automated journeys using SEO/GEO, CRO, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Create visual assets for campaigns, social media, websites, presentations and sales materials.
• Edit existing video footage for different channels and formats.
• Lead product marketing for CodeOne, turning technical and customer insights into clear messaging and sales-enablement content.
• Use AI actively to work smarter and improve marketing output.

We imagine that you

• Have hands-on B2B experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Know how to connect websites, SEO/CRO, paid media, email, CRM and marketing automation.
• Can create strong visual content, ideally using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and Premiere Pro.
• Enjoy translating technical B2B solutions into clear, engaging communication.
• Are analytical, independent and comfortable taking ownership in an international team.
• Communicate professionally in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
