HUMANPERSI IS SELECTING A CUSTOMER, TECHNICAL SERVICE SUPPORT (M/F) FOR MOTORRAD ON BEHALF AMS | AUTOMOBILE MARKETING SYSTEMS.

AMS has been part of the automobile market in the last 30 years and continues to impact the industry with successful partnerships with highly recognized brands, all over the World.

TASKS
- Provide Support to the dealer network to solve technical related problems.
- Follow-up, Review, Provide Support and Publish via PuMA.
- Advise dealers on repair methods.
- Provide Support MKT&Sales in technical issues.
- Processing aftersales marketing support.
- Translation of aftersales documents (mainly catalogues).
- Support in Parts, Accessories and Riders Gear.

PROFILE
- Technical education, preferably mechanical / electronic engineering.
- Experience in the motorcycle/automotive industry in a wholesale or retail
business.
- Understanding of dealer service activities is required, together with the
ability to interpret data on service activities, and to analyse
requirements.
- Ability to negotiate and handle pressure in maters with dealers and
customers.
- Good knowledge of IT applications.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (valued).
