Principais responsabilidades
Customer Service Support (front office and Backoffice);

Inbound support only;

Processing customers' requests;

Providing information about products or services;

Handling and resolving customer complaints.
Perfil desejado

Strong in communication and interpersonal skills;

Able to pick up new technology quickly;

English as a 2nd language (spoken and written);

For non-EU applicants, it is mandatory to hold a valid work permit.
