We are looking for a Service Manager (m/f) to integrate a project in Alfragide.

Profile:

- MSc/BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred;

- Proven experience in a network administrator and/or technical manager role;

- Analytical mindset to investigate/diagnose to isolate the root cause of customer complaints;

- Ability to act professionally under pressure;

- Experience and understanding of network infrastructure design related to public / hybrid cloud solutions, WAN, data center, and client-side LAN networks and their effects on application performance;

- Proven work experience in service management or as a product manager;

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful service introduction throughout its lifecycle;

- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to the management and the customer base;

- Strong problem-solving skills with willingness to roll up one?s sleeves to get the job done;

- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in an agile organization;

- Fluent in English.
