Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop LLM-driven solutions using Azure OpenAI, LangChain/LangGraph, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Design RAG and prompt-orchestration pipelines, embeddings, and model evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate with data engineers and full-stack developers to embed models into cloud applications and Newhotel Software's products.
• Develop and maintain APIs (REST/GraphQL) that expose AI functionality to the company's systems and products.
• Build interfaces and services in TypeScript/JavaScript to integrate AI solutions with existing web platforms.
• Prototype multi-agent systems capable of autonomously analysing, deciding, and acting on business tasks (e.g., reservation management, dynamic pricing, customer support).
• Ensure AI governance, fairness, and responsible AI principles are embedded in every solution.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• 2+ years' experience in AI engineering.
• Strong expertise in Python.
• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and JavaScript, including developing and consuming APIs.
• Experience designing and implementing APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) to integrate AI services into web applications.
• Practical experience deploying AI services on Azure, AWS, or GCP, and working with MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD).
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory, as the role involves regular communication with international teams and global clients.

Ideally, You Will Also Have

• Experience with multi-agent workflows.
• Understanding of reinforcement learning and autonomous decision systems.
• Familiarity with AI workflow triggers/automation.
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks (Node.js, React, etc.) for integrating AI solutions into existing products.
