What are we looking for? 

At Aubay, our focus is on pro fessionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset :

• 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong focu s on both UX and UI.
• End-to-end Product Ownership: Ability to d rive the full product design lifecycle, from initial user research� �and problem identification (UX) to high-fidelity mock-ups, prototypi ng, and final UI specifications.
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset:  Proven critical analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ski lls to translate complex user needs into intuitive and effective d esign solutions.
• Tool Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Figm a, and experience with other relevant tools like Adobe Suite or S ketch.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with and experience working  within Agile development environments.
• Domain Expertise: Preferred  background in software houses or technology consultancies, with ex perience in designing complex desktop software solutions (e.g., for� �industrial contexts).
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent comm unication skills in advanced English, with a proactive approach to� �collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary development teams.
• A lignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity  and ethics are highly valued;
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task  prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
