About the role:

We are growing our Professional Services team and would love you to join us.

As a Business Analyst, you will have to work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback on the service/function/product provided.

In this role, to understand the client’s needs, you will have to communicate with internal colleagues. We will make sure you will learn new things and have fun while doing it. It will be a very dynamic and interactive role.

Role and responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Act as a bridge between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
• Manage end-to-end user access requests for e-banking services, coordinating with Front Office, clients/users, Enablement, and Distribution teams
• Analyze stakeholder feedback and identify opportunities to improve processes, services, and digital banking solutions
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization, ensuring focus on business value
• Build strong client relationships and promote continuous improvement initiatives

Profile:

• Academic degree or equivalent IT practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in the field
• A strong interest in business and business development
• Passion for making things happen
• Previous experience working with Agile methodologies
• Financial sector/banking knowledge
