What are we looking for?

• Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling (Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects, Unified Individual, Identity Resolution frameworks), Ingestion (Batch/Streaming/API based, external connectors), and Transformation (Data Mapping, Calculated Insights, Transformation Rules, Query Editor using SQL).
• Strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance and consent management, including secure data access and PII protection.
• Expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, WSProxy for dynamic emails, landing pages, SOAP handling, and advanced SQL.
• Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and email optimization (responsive/dark mode compatibility).
• Practical experience with Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
• Ability to implement advanced automation orchestration, error handling, and performance optimization.
• End-to-end responsibility for design, implementation, and unit testing of requirements within Salesforce or a functional domain.
• Proficient English (B2 level or higher, spoken and written).
• Availability for a hybrid work model (2-3 days per week in the Lisbon office).
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification is required.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Technical Architect) are a plus
