Role Overview:

We are looking for an Access Management Analyst (IAM) to integrate our teams, focused on supporting identity and access management processes within a dynamic and structured environment. The role involves ensuring secure and compliant access to systems and applications while contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will do:

• Manage requests for creation, modification, and removal of user access to systems and applications;
• Validate and approve access rights in accordance with defined policies and procedures;
• Ensure timely deactivation of user access when required (e.g., offboarding);
• Support the full lifecycle management of digital identities;
• Guarantee proper licensing for application usage and monitor compliance;
• Contribute to security and compliance by ensuring correct permission assignments;
• Support audit and control activities related to Identity & Access Management (IAM);
• Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes for users;
• Ensure SLA compliance for request handling and maintain effective communication with stakeholders;
• Produce operational reports and support activity monitoring and KPIs;
• Collaborate in IAM-related projects and continuous process improvements.

What you are like:

• Knowledgeable in Identity & Access Management concepts and access control best practices;
• Familiar with IAM platforms, preferably SAP IAM or similar solutions;
• Comfortable working in corporate environments with structured processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
