This could be the perfect challenge if you have:
- +1 year of proven expertise in a similar service management environment;
- Demonstrated capability in service monitoring, incident management, and QoS reporting within IT or product environments.
- Experience with Service Now and Power Bi;
- Knowledge of ITIL framework, Agile methodologies, and Scrum/Kanban practices
- Fluency in English (mandatory);

Note: Hybrid basis in Lisbon.
