Role Overview:

We are looking for a PMO to integrate our teams and support a large-scale, international project portfolio within a leading organisation in the banking and insurance sector. You will play a key role in ensuring the effective governance, monitoring, and optimisation of a multi-country project portfolio across the EMEA region, collaborating with regional and local PMO teams to drive performance and consistency.

What you will do:

• Ensure end-to-end follow-up of the regional project portfolio, including budget, risks, timelines, and overall performance;
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and escalate risks or issues to management bodies;
• Prepare and consolidate portfolio reporting (KPIs, workload plans, dashboards) and support governance committees;
• Organise and facilitate Project Portfolio Review Boards and Investment Committees, ensuring quality and consistency of submitted materials;
• Support countries and local PMOs by promoting governance frameworks, best practices, and cross-country collaboration;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, including automation and reporting enhancements (e.g., using Power BI).

What you are like:

• Proficient in Project Management Office (PMO) practices and portfolio governance in an international context;
• Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of financials, KPIs, and risk management;
• Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation across multicultural environments;
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and supporting decision-making with structured, data-driven insights;
• Experienced in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel;
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and collaborative ways of working;
• Fluency in English is mandatory, French is a plus;
• Structured, organised, and results-driven, with strong attention to detail and quality.
