Role Overview:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to join one of our Nearshore Teams working with international clients accross The Netherlands, Germany, and other European countires. You will work closely with stakeholders to optimise processes and ensure successful implementation and adoption of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.

What you will do:

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations;
• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules, ensuring alignment with business processes;
• Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams;
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and propose process improvements and best practices;
• Support testing phases (UAT), training sessions, and end-user adoption;
• Provide functional support and continuous improvement for deployed solutions.

What you are like:

• Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations from a functional perspective;
• Proficient in configuring F&O modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Production;
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate needs into system solutions;
• Comfortable working closely with technical teams to support implementations and integrations;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
