What will you do?

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Genesys On-Premise solutions, including routing, IVR/Composer, and reporting (Pulse).
• Manage and act as the subject matter expert for voice infrastructure, including SIP trunks, SBCs, and VoIP routers.
• Actively participate in the technical assessment, planning, and execution of migrating contact center capabilities from Genesys On-Premise to Diabolocom.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex technical issues related to call routing, voice quality, and integration points.
• Develop and maintain integrations between telephony systems and external tools like CRM and databases.
• Contribute to frontend development of custom agent desktop interfaces and widgets using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• Solid hands-on experience (5+ years) with Genesys On-Premise solutions (Framework, routing, reporting, URS), Genesys Composer, and IVR development.
• Deep understanding of VoIP and Telephony technologies, including SIP protocol, RTP, SDP, and SBCs (e.g., AudioCodes, Oracle).
• Familiarity with SQL databases (MS SQL, Oracle) for reporting, particularly Genesys Info Mart.
• Experience with React.js (or Vue/Angular) for building modern user interfaces or agent dashboards, and familiarity with REST APIs/Web Services integration.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) as it will be the daily working language.
• Strong professional proficiency in French is considered a valuable asset for collaboration with French-speaking teams.
