Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager (Mkt & Sales) to join our teams in an international Data & Analytics initiative focused on the implementation and evolution of Marketing & Sales Data Products.

What you will do

• Coordinate the implementation and continuous evolution of Marketing & Sales Data Products across multiple countries and business units;
• Drive the integration of data from CRM, Marketing platforms, Sales systems, and other business sources;
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Platform teams to support the evolution of data pipelines and data models in Snowflake environments;
• Define and promote standards, templates, and best practices to ensure scalability and consistency across geographies;
• Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and BI/Data Platform teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of data solutions;
• Monitor data quality processes, controls, and governance practices to ensure reliable and trusted business insights;
• Support and empower local teams in data integration initiatives and Data Product development.

What you are like

• Proficient in project management and coordination, preferably within Data & Analytics environments;
• Knowledgeable in Marketing, CRM, and Sales data domains and their associated business processes;
• Experienced working with distributed international teams and multiple stakeholder groups;
• Familiar with Data Warehouse, Cloud, and modern data architectures, ideally including Snowflake;
• Comfortable with SQL, Data Modelling, Data Quality concepts, and data governance practices;
• Proficient in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
