Role Overview

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to join one of our Nearshore teams working remotely for international client accross The Netherlands, Germany and other European countries.

In this role, you will contribute to the delivery, optimization, and continuous evolution of Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity services for multiple customers. You will also support onboarding initiatives, migration projects, and the development of standardized service offerings across multiple Microsoft 365 tenants.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online environments, including governance, policies, security, and service configuration;
• Establish and maintain Microsoft 365 Copilot prerequisites, including permissions, sensitivity labels, content governance, and lifecycle management;
• Monitor Microsoft 365 roadmap developments and translate new capabilities into standardized configurations, baselines, and customer value propositions;
• Participate in tenant-to-tenant migration projects involving Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and identity-related workloads;
• Develop automation, reporting, and operational solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft 365 administration tools;
• Support customers through technical workshops, innovation sessions, onboarding activities, and advisory engagements;
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives by applying configuration-as-code principles, configuration monitoring, backup, and recovery practices.

What you are like

• Experienced in Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online administration, governance, and operational support;
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including policies, security controls, sharing models, and service configuration;
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 Copilot implementation requirements, including permissions management, sensitivity labels, and information governance;
• Familiar with Microsoft Purview capabilities such as Sensitivity Labels, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), retention policies, and compliance controls;
• Comfortable supporting or executing tenant-to-tenant migrations using tools such as AvePoint Fly, Quest On Demand, BitTitan, or similar solutions;
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation, with exposure to Microsoft Graph API considered a plus;
• Have good communication skills in English, as you will collaborate daily with international teams.
