Adecco Permanent Recruitment is hiring a Team Leader Talent Attraction for a GBS client based in Porto.

Responsibilities:

▪ Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialists within our Shared Service Center

▪ Drive Talent Attraction and Recruiting delivery excellence across supported European markets

▪ Ensure achievement of agreed service levels, recruiting KPIs and operational targets

▪ Monitor team performance, workload and delivery quality while fostering a high-performance culture

▪ Implement and enforce standardized Talent Attraction (EB and Recruiting) processes, governance and ways of working

▪ Drive harmonization, simplification and continuous improvement of recruiting operations

▪ Act as key operational partner for Hiring Managers, HR (Strategic) Business Partners and business stakeholders

▪ Leverage recruiting data and performance metrics to increase transparency, efficiency and accountability

▪ Collaborate closely with the Global CoE Lead Talent Attraction & Employee Engagement to ensure successful implementation of global Talent Acquisition standards and requirements

Profile

▪ Several years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations or a related recruiting environment

▪ Proven leadership experience in managing and developing recruiting teams

▪ Strong experience within a Shared Service Center (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS) or another service-oriented delivery organization

▪ Solid understanding of end-to-end processes Talent Attraction, Recruiting and recruiting operations

▪ Experience working in KPI-driven organizations with a strong focus on service delivery and operational excellence

▪ Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain standardized processes and governance frameworks

▪ Hands-on recruiting mindset and willingness to actively contribute to critical hiring activities

▪ Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across functions and regions

▪ Analytical and data-driven approach combined with a strong focus on continuous improvement

▪ Proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

▪ Fluent English skills; additional European languages are considered a plus
