We are hiring a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a growing centre of excellence in Lisbon, working on complex transformation projects across national and international clients.

This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, multi-project environment alongside senior experts and leaders in the SAP space, with real exposure to end-to-end HR transformation programmes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Participate in SAP SuccessFactors solution design and implementation projects
• Support application maintenance projects across multiple SuccessFactors and HCM modules
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Plan and execute project activities with autonomy within agreed scope and timelines
• Manage interactions with clients and project teams
• Identify, analyse and solve problems within your area of expertise
• Contribute to the development and growth of the SAP practice

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP technology projects supporting Human Capital processes, namely SAP SuccessFactors
• Certification in SuccessFactors or HCM modules is valued but not mandatory
• Fluent English
• Customer and results oriented
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Organisation, planning and quality orientation
