responsabilidades chave

• provide comprehensive support to the Business Partner in the vehicle purchase and sales process, utilizing your French language skills;
  
• manage issues related to purchase and sales contracts, ensuring their accuracy and compliance;
  
• coordinate vehicle transport logistics between various depots, both in Portugal and abroad;
  
• ensure effective communication between all parties involved, facilitating smooth and efficient transactions, utilizing both French and English,
  
• work within an area requiring strong business management support;
  
  

  competências

  
  
  • fluent in French (written and spoken) - C2 level or Native;
    
  • good command of English (written and spoken) - minimum C1 level;
    
  • excellent organizational and time management skills;
    
  • clear and effective communication skills;
    
  • attention to detail and accuracy in managing contracts and documentation;
    
  • knowledge of logistics and transport processes (preferred);
    
  • previous experience in administrative support or business management roles (preferred);

    • Base salary gross of €1300 per month;
      
    • €7 meal allowance per working day;

    • Quarterly performance bonus (3-month incentive periods, dependent on approval each cycle)
      
    • Schedules: monday to friday (including bank holidays), from 8 am to 5 pm
      
    • Days off: weekends
      
    • Hybrid model of work: first month on site (after that: one week 3 days at the office, second week: 2 days at the office)
