This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial future of a fast-growing multinational organisation currently preparing for a potential IPO. Working closely with the FP&A Director, CFO, Executive Leadership Team and shareholders, you will support strategic decision-making, financial planning, performance management and finance transformation initiatives across the Group.

Lead Group budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Produce executive and Board-level management reporting and performance analysis.
Support financing, capital markets and IPO readiness activities.
Monitor Group performance and identify risks, opportunities and value creation initiatives.
Drive improvements in FP&A processes, reporting automation and data analytics capabilities.
Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance and Operations to support business growth and performance.
Support SG&A monitoring and cost optimisation initiatives.
Perfil ideal
Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
7+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Audit, Consulting or Investment Banking.
Strong financial modelling, analytical and business partnering skills.
Experience in multinational and fast-paced environments.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting and BI tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Fluent English.
