We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our Data, AI & Analytics COE team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…
• Work closely with analytics teams, turning business needs into scalable and reliable data solutions;
• Develop robust data pipelines that power analytics, dashboards, and AI/ML models, enabling data-driven strategic decisions;
• Implement monitoring mechanisms and quality controls to ensure trust and data availability in production;
• Document, version, and share knowledge, contributing to a strong data engineering culture;
• Technically lead the team’s work, ensuring best practices, solution consistency, and support for less experienced colleagues, from planning to delivery.

So, bring with you…
• A background in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar fields;
• Experience in data engineering or equivalent roles;
• Strong knowledge of data modelling and storage (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, …);
• Experience with SQL, Python, and PySpark (or equivalent data-processing technologies);
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI, or similar);
• Knowledge of engineering best practices: code versioning (Git), code review, development patterns, and automation;
• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., Azure, GCP, or AWS);
• Familiarity with distributed ecosystems, including Hadoop, Hive, Spark, or Databricks;
• Technical leadership skills, ensuring best practices, knowledge sharing, and team guidance;
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset in multidisciplinary teams, adapting technical language to different stakeholders;
• Autonomy, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Delivery focus and results orientation, showing the ability to plan, prioritise, and execute initiatives with real business impact;
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and best practices.
