Position Overview

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international Diabetes Medical Devices project in Porto. The role involves providing professional and efficient support to customers regarding medical devices, products, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support and respond to product and service-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with questions regarding medical devices and their use.
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional information.
• Handle customer requests with empathy and attention to detail.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

• Dutch proficiency at Fluent/C2 level.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in healthcare or technical support is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of diabetes or medical devices is a plus.

• Full-time position with 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Two rotational days off.
• Occasional night shifts from 22:00 to 07:00.

• Shared accommodation for up to 12 months may be available for eligible candidates relocating from outside Portugal.
• Flight expenses are not covered.
