What you can expect

Update the technical documentation of the TP facilities (plants, layouts, etc).

Execute the planning of the ongoing strategic project of the Premises Department.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in migrations and other changes.

What you'll do

• Responsible for real-time updating of all documentation related to TP’s facilities, at the level of plants and layouts (AutoCAD tool), project file management, among others;
• Responsible for the planning and execution of the ongoing projects (planning and project-tracker);
• Responsible for planning and execution of the migrations of workstations, support departments and operations, being the point of contact for the other support departments in the company, while coordinating the multidisciplinary teams involved in the migrations;
• Support the Premises Manager, with the management of the capacity of workstations, through a specific tool;
• Activity reporting to the Premises Manager;
• Ensure all TP processes, procedures and policies are fulfilled, including but not limited to GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation, GISP – Global Information Security Policies, ISS – Information Security Standard; CSR – Corporate Social Responsibility policies, Health & Safety, among others;
• May perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document.

What you'll need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese (C2);
• Higher Education Degree (preferential);
• Experience in architecture (preferential);
• Average level of English, spoken and written;
• Driving License, Category B.
