Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain the security architecture of Microsoft Copilot, ensuring alignment with organisational security standards;
• Manage threats and vulnerabilities related to Copilot, implementing proactive measures to detect and mitigate risks;
• Ensure secure operation of Copilot across identity, access management, data flows, and system integrations;
• Monitor and continuously improve operational security controls to protect Copilot environments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Cybersecurity:
• At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure security;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and threat modeling;
• Practical experience with PowerShell, Python, or C#;
• Availability to travel to the Lisbon office (Venda do Pinheiro) once per month;
• Security certifications (Microsoft Security, Azure Security, CISSP, AZ-500) will be valued:
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Fluency in English.
