We're looking for an LMS & Learning Reporting Specialist to join an international Shared Services environment and play a key role in managing learning data, reporting, and training systems for the French market. This is an excellent opportunity for analytical professionals who enjoy combining data management, technology, and HR processes. 📍 Location: Porto What you'll do: - Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data quality and system accuracy. - Create and manage training courses, learning content, trainers, and learning assignments. - Support users and provide guidance on LMS functionalities. - Extract, analyze, and consolidate learning data and KPIs. - Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI. - Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows. - Support compliance reporting and audit requirements. - Work closely with Learning & Development teams and internal stakeholders across the business.
