• Define and execute the global Digital Workplace strategy, roadmap and operating model aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Lead the governance, evolution and optimisation of employee-facing technologies including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, endpoint services and workplace automation solutions.
• Drive user adoption and enhance employee experience by identifying opportunities to improve ways of working and reduce digital friction.
• Establish standards, policies and controls covering security, compliance, accessibility, collaboration, data protection and licensing optimisation.
• Monitor service performance through operational metrics, adoption insights and user feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable business value.
• Manage and develop a team of Digital Workplace Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous learning.
• Oversee relationships with external suppliers and managed service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strategic alignment.
• Ensure workplace services remain secure, resilient and operationally effective through alignment with IT service management processes and cybersecurity best practices.
• Champion emerging technologies, including AI, automation, analytics and self-service capabilities, to enhance productivity and employee engagement.

Perfil ideal

• Proven experience leading Digital Workplace, End User Computing or Modern Workplace functions within a global organisation.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies, collaboration platforms, endpoint management and workplace automation solutions.
• Experience defining technology strategies and translating business needs into actionable roadmaps and initiatives.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor and develop teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and vendor management capabilities.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, identity management, cloud technologies and IT service management frameworks.
• Experience working in complex and international environments.
