Key Responsibilities:

• Systems & Process Support: Support users on system-related matters, investigate operational issues and ensure smooth execution of financial processes;
• Issue Resolution & Root Cause Analysis: Identify, analyse and resolve process or system disruptions while implementing sustainable corrective actions;
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with finance teams, process owners and technical stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and successful resolution of business challenges;
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and standardization, contributing to operational excellence initiatives;
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Support end users through training, guidance and communication of process updates and best practices;

Perfil ideal

What you bring:

• Academic & Professional Background: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance Operations or Shared Services environments;
• Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of accounting processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, invoicing and intercompany activities;
• Technology & Systems Interest: Interest in ERP systems, digital tools, automation and process improvement initiatives;
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders across different functions;
• Mindset & Personal Attributes: Proactive, curious and adaptable professional with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic international environment;
