• Identify risks and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop audit plans and methodologies tailored to specific projects.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

Perfil ideal

A successful Internal Audit Project Manager should have:

  Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management, and governance principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in audit tools and software.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA) are a plus.
