We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join a high-performing team, working closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to improve software quality across the entire development lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and reusable automated testing solutions using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop and execute automated tests for web and API applications.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and rapid feedback cycles.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing processes, automation coverage, and overall software quality.
• Support defect identification, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting activities.
• Promote quality engineering best practices across Agile development teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA and software delivery processes.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Testing, including at least 3 years focused on Test Automation.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as:
  • Selenium
  • Cypress
  • Playwright
• Experience with API testing using Postman and Rest Assured.
• Strong understanding of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience using Cucumber to write and execute feature files.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to software quality.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Previous experience within Banking or Financial Services environments.
• Knowledge of Quality Engineering best practices and modern testing strategies.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications.
