A successful Senior Finance Specialist should :

• Prepare and oversee financial reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with external auditors; previous experience working with Big Four firms is highly valued.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Develop and implement effective and efficient financial processes.
• Support the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
• Identify and recommend improvements to accounting and financial processes.
• Stay up to date with changes in financial and accounting regulations.

Perfil ideal

A successful Senior Finance Specialist should have:

• Previous experience in financial reporting, accounting, and compliance.
• Experience working with a Big Four firm is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
