A successful Accounts Payable French Speaker should :

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate recording in the system.
• Manage payment runs and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors to address and resolve payment-related issues.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
• Support the team with ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.

Perfil ideal

A successful Accounts Payable French Speaker should have :

• Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
• Prior experience in an accounts payable or similar role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
