• Lead strategic projects from planning through implementation and operational stabilization.
• Coordinate the integration of new projects, services, processes, tools, and organizational initiatives.
• Ensure continuous alignment with the leadership and coordination teams across all business areas.
• Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, implementing preventive and corrective actions.
• Drive initiative adoption across teams and support change management processes.
• Develop implementation, monitoring, and operational stabilization frameworks.
• Monitor performance indicators and ensure achievement of defined objectives.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and operational excellence opportunities.
• Prepare executive reports and provide insights to support management decision-making.

Perfil ideal

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, Operational Integration, or similar roles.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience in high-growth, transformation-driven, or operationally demanding environments.
• Demonstrated success in implementing initiatives with significant organizational impact.
• Strong operational background, high energy levels, and exceptional execution capabilities, with the ability to lead integration processes, manage multiple stakeholders, and convert complex challenges into tangible business results.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Spanish language skills are considered an advantage.
