Descrição

Provide 1st level IT support via phone, email and chat;

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and system-related issues;

Support users through remote access tools and guided troubleshooting;

Escalate complex incidents according to established procedures;

Log and manage incidents through the internal ticketing system;

Follow service level agreements and support processes;

Contribute to knowledge base documentation and FAQ updates;

Collaborate with international teams to ensure effective issue resolution;

Build positive relationships with users and internal stakeholders.

Perfil ideal

Fluent Danish (C1 level minimum) and good command of English (B2 minimum);

Previous experience in customer support, technical support or helpdesk environments;

Knowledge of hardware, software and operating systems troubleshooting;

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;

Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities;

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;

Experience with ticketing systems or remote support tools is an advantage;

Knowledge of SAP or similar business applications would be considered a plus.
