We are seeking a proactive, mature, and client-facing Senior Network Security Consultant to lead functional initiatives and client requirements across OSS, Mobile Networks, and Network Security domains.

Rather than operating solely as a deep-tech hands-on specialist, this role requires an end-to-end (E2E) functional perspective of telecom systems (Radio, Core, OSS, BSS) combined with an advisory posture. - To lead and oversee the functional requirements and day-to-day needs for the OSS, Mobile Networks (RAN, Core), and network security domains.

- To act as the primary client-facing advisor, managing daily relationships, setting expectations, and translating business goals into end-to-end functional specifications.

- To participate in and guide large-scale telecom transformation programs, ensuring seamless integration across multi-vendor and multi-domain environments.

- To assess network security posture and functional risks across mobile and fixed networks, aligning design with international standards and operational guidelines.

- To coordinate and prioritize local team activities, deliverables, and backlog management with high autonomy and clear direction.

- To prepare and deliver high-level functional designs, risk evaluations, and strategic project roadmaps for technical and executive stakeholders.

- To bridge the gap between technical execution teams and client leadership to ensure quality and timely delivery.
