• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities across the Portuguese market;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in architecture, engineering, construction and industrial organizations;
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing;
• Promote a portfolio of software solutions and digital technologies tailored to the AEC sector;
• Develop existing customer relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience;
• Track market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities;
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and activity reporting within CRM systems;
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking activities when required.

Perfil ideal

• Proven experience in B2B software sales, business development or account management;
• Strong understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), Industrial or Digital Engineering sectors;
• Experience selling software, technology solutions, SaaS or engineering-related technologies;
• Established network within the Portuguese AEC ecosystem is highly valued;
• Hunter profile with a track record of acquiring and developing new clients;
• Commercially driven, entrepreneurial and comfortable working independently;
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
• Fluent Portuguese and professional English are required.
